Building & Remodeling Awards

The Central SC Building & Remodeling Awards are back for 2022 to recognize the best remodelers and custom builders in our area. These awards are comprised of two seperate programs within the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina.

First, the annual Columbia Remodelers Awards (CRAs). This awards program is hosted by our Remodelers Council and is now in it's 21st year. The CRAs recognize quality remodeling by members in six categories. Learn more about this program and see past entries and winners here.

Second, the Custom Building Awards (CBAs) are back for the 5th year. This program was developed to showcase the work of BIA Builder Members and their custom home projects. Click here to see previous entries and winners in the CBAs.

Congratulations to all of the winners in both the CRAs and CBAs this year. These talented professional builders and remodelers have added quality craftsmanship to our local housing.
