This beautiful Lake Murray Home recently changed hands and the new owners wanted to remodel the first level to brighten up the space. The original house had an extremely open floorplan and a lot of dark wood in the main space and kitchen... too much for the new owners' liking.
The scope of work included the kitchen, living room, dining room, added coat closet, master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. The homeowners were ready for Capital Kitchen & Bath to get started, and they timed their move to be after construction so the company would have unrestricted space and time to complete this large renovation.
In the kitchen, Capital Kitchen & Bath installed new cabinetry and quartz countertops, refinished the hardwood floors and added under cabinet lighting and puck lighting. The Living Room was lightened up with new trim and refinished hardwood flooring. Quartz was added at the fireplace. The Dining Room also received refinished hardwood flooring and the space was defined by newly built columns and a coffered ceiling.

The Master Bedroom enjoyes refinished hardwoods, a new master closet with new entry location from before, and a pocket-door entry into the new master bath. An in the Master Bathroom, Capital Kitchen & Bath renovated the space with new cabinetry and quartz tops, new floor and shower tile, a mosaic shower floor and a glass shower door.
