This Lake Murray home was in need of an addition in order to better accomodate groups and family gatherings. The kitchen also needed to be updated as well as the exterior look of the home. In order to make more space, the exterior wall facing the lake was bumped out 10 feet over an existing porch, and a new raised porch was added with storage under for lake toys and yard tools.

 

 

 

 

Part of the old kitchen was converted to a pantry, laundry and doggie area. The kitchen consisted of assemble-on-site cabinets and custom tall kitchen island built in Prosperity, SC.  Luxury vinyl flooring was chosen for durability and lake living.
