The existing 10 foot by 10 foot, u-shaped galley kitchen was no longer a good working space for the homeowner. Capital Construction was tasked with updating the space and making the kitchen larger. The solution was to take the existing kitchen completely down to the studs and adding about 120 square feet to the house. Everything was replaced from the ceiling-high cabinets to the hardwood floors and everything in between. As a special bonus, the homeowners also got a brand new, and much needed laundry room.
