The homeowner had a downstairs basement/garage space that could be better utilized as office/entertaining space.  Design & Remodeling Solutions was hired to transform the space into a home office with a view.  Requested in the new design was a full bar with refrigerator set up, add a half bath and fireplace, with a seating area.  Oh, and don’t forget the surround sound system for the TV.  The heating and A/C from the existing house system had to be incorporated and the staircase leading to the basement also needed to be refinished to match.
