Homeowners Keith and Tora Miller found a beautiful water front lot, but the house on it had not been worked on in 27 years. Therefore they asked Cliff Cinamon before purchasing the house to see if we could open up the walls downstairs to give a more airy feel to the house. Also upgrade and transform the master bath upstairs and give them much more closet space than what was there. They desired a media room (Man Cave) from a water damaged, and still leaking, basement with full bar and finished full bathroom. Repair the garage doors and several other water and repair issues and create a tool storage area with better access to the downstairs bathroom from the backyard. Also update virtually the entire house to code and design a new kitchen and install about 2500 square feet of new hardwood flooring. Remove all the wall paper in the entire house, find an office space, fix all repair issues including a leaking roof. Paint the entire house. Check structural issues from basement to upper floor. Rework ductwork between garage and new media room in front stairwell and turn into a mud room if possible. Replace all the fixtures in all bathrooms. Turn foyer entry way and main staircase into a show stopper and install a new chandelier.
