2013 CRA Category 3 - Design and Remodeling

The homeowners at this house had what would seem to most people to be some difficult demands for this project. They needed their master bathroom to be handicap accessible now, and possibly wheelchair accessible in the future. However, they wanted the space to look as "normal" as possible in case they need to sell the house in the future.  Oh, and of course it has to look great... not medical.

Good thing they went with a professional remodeler who knew about Universal Design.  Design & Remodeling Solutions took the 75 sq. ft. bathroom and gave it a brand new no-barrier shower floor, storage space for linens, ready-to-go upgrades in the future and they made it all look great to boot.
