Our homeowners called up Kehoe Constructors, LLC and said, "Please provide a conditioned sun room." So that's what they did.

And here's how they went about it... they removed the existing deck and built back, but this time to match the height of the interior living space. They then framed and installed large, custom, sliding windows and matched the trim and siding of the existing home. Next, they added a mini-split HVAC unit to make the room feel nice, and finally, they added a patio for outdoor cooking to replace that space that was on the old deck.
