This traditional ranch home in the Lake Katherine neighborhood had a dated kitchen and needed to be renovated. The space had nice potential, but was closed off from both the eat-in kitchen area and the family room.
The main focus of the project was to modify the cabinet layout, creating an open flow throughout, and incorporate a large island. The renovation included all new custom cabinets, new tropical white quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash. Lighting upgrades included new can and pendant lighting, as well as new under-cabinet puck lighting. Hardwood flooring was added to complete the renovation.
Although considered a small renovation project, the end result makes an impressive statement.
