Building & Remodeling Award Winners

The winners of the 2018 Central SC Building & Remodeling Awards were announced this September. This is a program of the Building Industry Association of Central SC (BIA) and combines the long-running Columbia Remodelers Awards (CRA) and the new Custom Building Awards (CBA) programs. It is sponsored by Columbia Metropolitan Magazine.

The awards are given to BIA Members for work completed in the Midlands between May 2017 and May 2018. Judges visited projects in person or reviewed project entries to determine the winners of each category. All entries can be on-line by visiting this webpage.

Congratulations to all of the winners in both the CRAs and CBAs this year. These talented professional builders and remodelers have added quality craftsmanship to our local housing.
