We have been fortunate enough to be doing some right things, at the right time, with the right people. Our company is in a period of growth to meet the demands of our market around the lake.

  • Project Manager—Field
    • Candidate must be: Driven, efficient, organized, proactive, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, and be an excellent communicator. 
    • Construction experience mandatory. Project managers will each run 4-5 new custom homes. Typical build cycles of 7-10months.
    • Project manager will manage projects using Buildertrend Software, own the project schedule, issue & execute change orders & VPO’s with office, communicate with owners and provide updates.
    • Full time position with typical hours Monday-Friday 8-5pm
 
  • Project Coordinator/Estimator—Office
    • Candidate must be: Driven, efficient, organized, proactive, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, and be an excellent communicator. 
    • Construction knowledge required regarding estimating and scheduling.
    • Computer skills required for excel, on screen takeoff programs, and Buildertrend. Must be ready to learn, implement and grow new systems.
    • Roles and responsibilities:
      • Work with sales & design team to provide preliminary and contract estimates, specs, and proposals. 
      • Issue PO’s to subcontractors & vendors once a home goes to contract.
      • Work with subcontractors and vendors quarterly to determine, negotiate, and update unit pricing. 
      • Keep Buildertrend price catalog updated with current subcontractor and vendor pricing.
      • Send out requests for pricing on items like lumber, trim, and interior doors.
      • Send out bid requests for projects by subcontractors and vendors during estimating process.
      • Work with project mangers to estimate and issue change orders and variance purchase orders. Release PO’s & VPO’s to subs once approved.
      • Takeoff and order materials based on owners selections ahead of schedule.
      • Work with Project Managers to keep the project schedule updated. Proactively order, schedule, and anticipate upcoming items.
    • Flexible hours, pay and work location based on candidate's needs.
 
  • Draftsperson
    • Candidate must be: Driven, efficient, organized, proactive, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, and be an excellent communicator. 
    • Must be experienced in one of the following programs: Revit, Autocad, or Softplan. Revit is preferred.
    • Roles and responsibilities:
      • Work with design team to detail out client plans in progress, make revisions, and update plans to reflect field adjustments.
      • Work with design & sales team to create, update, and modify our existing plan inventory “Portfolio Plans”.
      • Provide design adjustments and additions on portfolio plan projects.
